Goto any parts store that sells all the APC parts and stuff like that and buy the blue cylicone bulb covers, I have them, and if you want blue dome lights I believe those are the best bet.

I used those apc bulbs and the blue coating melted off the second day i had them. I dunno, whenever i've used bulbs i didn't like the look they gave the dome. The entire area of plastic doesn't really light up blue... just the area right under the bulb. At least that's been my experience. I decided to go a different route and put a transparent blue mask on the inside of the plastic and kept the stock bulbs. All of the plastic lights up blue and it looks really nice. Check out my page to see it. I've submitted a how-to article on it but I'm still waiting for approval. Hope it turns out well Just aim me and i'll tell ya about it.
