What is your experience with NON-OEM (made in China mostly) distributors which can be bought for around $80 new complete?
Thanks! |

I bought an autozone remanufactured distributor for like $120 or $140. Hasnt given me any trouble in the 2 or 3 years I've had it.
Just make sure you get a warranty, preferably a lifetime warranty if its a Dura-Crap or whatever the inhouse brand is for the discount parts store. |

I bought a used one here for 15 or 20 bucks when mine went out and it hasn't given me any issues.

What symptoms make you think the distributor is bad? You may just be able to replace the coil or pickup for cheaper.

I bought one from 1aauto for 80 and its been wonderful for more than a year. Best bang for your buck even came with the cap to distributor gasket but the bolts it came with for the cap were junk I just used my old one but other than that it was awesome very impressed.
