Tire prices depend on the size of the tire. Any specific tire has a range of prices depending upon the size purchased. IE 15" rims are cheaper to buy tires for than 18" rims, even with the same width and overall diameter.

if you're looking for all-season performance check out the Falken ZE-512s. they grip pretty good, and are reasonably priced.

the wheels you were looking at are ONLY for dry weather

it is a known fact that they are pretty terrible in anything else.

if you are getting summer tires, i'd say stick with the 711's
but be careful on rainy days.
