Hi so I have a 1998 celica vert with a 1993 mr2 3sgte swap along with e153 trans. On the passenger side I have a spacer between the cv axle and inner axle. Wondering if anyone knows where I can get those extended cv axle bolts. All 6 of mine broke that the threads the other day

If his Celica is lowered (and it looks like it is) then you need the spacer otherwise the boot is stretched and will eventually fail.
You have a 3s swapped convertible.... fantastic. The bolts as stated before you should be able to get through fastenal or another store that deals specifically in nuts and bolts, just make sure you get grade 8 for them if they're available. |

I'm having a similar issue with my 1MZ swapped 94GT using a E153 with hybrid MR2/ST185 axles. I have been driving my car for the past few months with no issues at all, and I had my local shop replace my clutch, front wheel bearings, & axle seals. After the work was complete the passenger axle came apart at the spindle on the test drive.

just want to chime in on this, I ran my V6 swap for 2 years with E153 and did not need a spacer. I had no axle issues at all.

Recently 15 min into a heat at a driving event did this to my passenger side axle made by CRW. It was probably too short.
