Asking price $30. Has to small holes on the side from when body shop drilled lip into fender. Top two vents are closed off. There is a lot of rock chips, needs to be primererd, it won't work with stock crash bar (needs to be modified ) and doesn't come with turn signals. Needs to be fitted a bit more as there is gaps under the lights and a bit of a gap when the hood is closed...

Yes $30 bro!

The body shop removed all bolts under all headlights in order to get the lights to fit and had the metal mounts that the lights sit bent in order not to reshape headlight holes. So only half of the work was done when he painted it. It'll probably be another $100 to get a shop to have nearly perfect fitment. I don't want to ship.

Mr convertible 2grfe shipped a bumper to me for $80 through greyhound

just a quick question.
I have this same bumper, but I couldn't get any OEM celica turn signals to fit it. Did you find a set that'll fit? I tried the GT-4 signals, the Pre-face and Post-face signs but none fit. The GT-4 ones were the closest, but was far from mounting. I bought a cheap set of LED strips and wired it for turn signals, but I'd much rather have actual signal lens.
