I have a 1994 Celica GT and I noticed that it has a switch right by where you would rest your left foot and I am wondering if anyone can tell me what it does and if it comes stock like that? Also there is a red light that is right by where you can dim your interior lights, I have the same two questions about it too, what does it do and if it comes stock like that?

that's aftermarket. probably a killswitch.

Usually an aftermarket alarm has a momentary switch, that one is a simple 2 or maybe 3 way switch which is most likely for aftermarket fog lights or hooking oem ones without proper wiring, A kill switch for probably the fuel pump, or just a dummy switch. Pull off the panel and see what it connects to

when I bought my celica I had one as well, funny put is, it turned on and off the radio amp .. lol
