Would my foglights bracket bar going across the front bumper hold the gt4 foglights? Or do I have to get the actual gt4 bracket bar that goes across the gt4 front bumper?

Yes you have to get the acutal bar. You would have to make modifications if you use your original celica crash bar. Hard to install fog loghts. But doable if you go this way
