I do not have the gaskets, just these which I can give you. Though in the write up you can use 3m double sided tape as a substitute which I will be doing as well.

No but these are according to the post. I just got the others because ppl were saying deeper threading is the way to go. You can choose either.

I would advice not using screws, just go to the local hardware store and buy some stainless steel bolts and plates that have the nuts welded to them.
