i sold my celica over a year ago and had this part left in my garage.
this piece needs to be welded. you need this part when you do a gt4 bumper conversion because the st or gt frame will leave an inch gap. i live in tamarac florida can ship it or can be picked up. send me yout offers. --------------------  |
