Found the videos, ready to do the job. Gasket ordered for the oil pan...

Question is... what else would be a good idea while I'm down there?

And... saw a YouTube video with the guy saying "they don't make a gasket for this one" so he used only the tube sealant. Would anyone suggest the cork gasket with sealant or just the sealant alone?

Either use Toyota FIPG or black gasket maker. The cork gasket is a piece of crap. I put on on my 5s and took it off immediately because I knew it was not going to do the job. When you take off the oil pan you will find all they used was gasket maker from the factory.

All the Japanese cars I've ever come across only use silicon sealant for things like the oil pan, water pump, thermostat housings, etc... No gaskets. Grab some Permatex Ultra Black and call it real.
