Hi there all Celica fans, came across this site a few years ago while looking at RB kits fitted to celicas.loved that blue one from the far east but then it was kinda spoilt the the stupid front bumper etc,but I love wide cars (back in the 80s when it was all about wide bodykits etc)
see a few familuar faces on here (Nial,Fuppy) so I thought its well worth joining and seems a popular site,
anyways to my celica bought it 6 years ago in a sorry state (£1750 + 250 for the gt4 high wing) supposedly immaculate LOL

So this is what it was like when it came off the transporter, covered in dirt inside and out, could no see out of windscreen, wipers not working washers not working, numberplate missing, flat battery, the list went on

a good clean up and a lot of polishing it starts to look kinda normal.plus the usual mods projectors/kouki rear lights
without going into too much detail, like Isaid I love wide cars so once it was running ok after all the oil leaks water leaks etc were sorted it was time for some wide arches to go on

euro front splitter and a undertray fitted as well as sideskirts,BC coilovers.leather T-sport seats from a gen 7.

however the car was so low it was rubbing the splitter on bumps etc so more modifications was needed.tried the C-one front bumper but that was a no no,just did not look or suit the car.
so I made my own
supra mk4 Do-luck front bumper

just shows what a big car the supra is
bottom half cut off the gt4 bumper and top cut away from the supra bumper

think it was 5 or 9 inches cut out the middle of the supra then fibreglassed over to bond it together

taking shape

Welcome! That front bumper is so rad man! The car itself looks relatively clean as well!!!
On the bumper, did you have to do any molding-like fabrication to get the lines to match up w/ the celica front?

the bumper pretty easy to fit together, kept the original mounting parts and molded the supra bumper into that, the remaining sides were molded onto the wings to get a smoother look, fibreglass wrapped around with steel bracing inside then filled and smoothed,
was really wanting the Bomex supra bumper but for the price i could not justify incase it went pear shaped.but i love the look of it now

so i had a problem again with the wide arches with cracks appearing after a few months,no way was i going to do the a 3rd time

looked so good too but thats the way it was

also forgot to mention that awful fuel filler flap was replaced with a pipe welded to a HONDA CBR filler cap and fitted to the bodywork, looks way better in my opinion

3 inch bore stainless exhaust

carbon dipped vents

alloy rainguard aswell

rear end/diff fully polybushed

batt in boot and a 4 point brace made up

then the cracks started to appear
so on to the Rocket Bunny (Byba kits nissan S13 RB arches)

rear hubs 85mm spacers with a 9.75 rim

fitting was not too bad but did not want the riveted add on look,so I have opted for a more factory subtle look

cracks you can see here
first inch cut away

another inch or 2 cut away

bunny arch fitted with kleco pins once in right shape it was bonded and pins removed when dry.

fibre paste all around to make it strong/inside aswell

now thats wide

rear bumper has been for a GT86 RB rear diffuser to go on

GT86 RB diffuser prob go for the rear wing aswell

coilovers lowered 20mm here

to be quite honest these wheels i thought would be big enough, there 9.75 x 19 with an ET20 but the arches are so wide you would struggle with a wheel to fit even an 11inch rim would be too small, also have to consider its a GT4 so all tyres have to be the same size,255 x 35 x 18 rainsports
without the risk off sliding/skidding in the wet the 255 was the max width i wanted to go too.

Whoa man! I wish I had the fabrication skills you had to do these things. I like the rear diffuser, matches the look of the car.

I see you have the side of the diffuser being held by the quarter panel, how are you holding it in the center?
