Up

Bottom

Using High Grade Aluminum Sheet:
Alumium Alloy = AW3003-H14 / AA3003-H14
Standard / Code = B.S. E.N. 485-2: 2004
Sheet thickness = 2mm thick

Technical Data:
0.2% Proof Stress = 110 N/mm˛
Limiting Bending Stress (Po) = 110 N/mm˛
Limiting Axial Stress (Pa0 = 130 N/mm˛
Limiting Shear Stress (Pv) = 65 N/mm˛

The surface of the panel have chromic finshed which prevent Oxidization
Mostly use for building materials
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromic

This Panel is a little thicker and harder than the C-One/Laile's one.

The only thing you guys might dislike is the chromic finshed have some uneven watermark like at the surface of the panel.
Each one is unique with different pattern, but if you don't like it, simply paint whatever color u want.

USD$90/piece shipped

because he didn't use the upper support. he modified it by lifting up the retainer by bolts for the gt4 bumper.

vince, will the cooling plate allow the stock hood prop from closing? I've had one similar and it either dents/bends the cooling plate when you close the hood with the prop and it makes it tougher to close.

Got to bend the prop a bit, but depending on each
The Prop I have still under my hood, close with no problem.
