hey, i saw these in a mag and they appear pretty bright, are they really that bright?

are you talking about the bulb covers.. if so then no thay aren't that bright. I tried them, you get more of a turquoise than a blue..
i tried the inverted lense LED and wasn't impressed.. I have gone for blue bubs and they're excellent..

the blue bulbs, i know theyre called 194s, what other name are they called (if any?). I have gone to the local auto shop but they have no 194, but the guy there said that a lot of dash globes are t5 or t10? any of these sound familiar?

Didn't like my original green bulb covers so...
I got some special paint for bulbs, from a local tuning shop, took off the covers and painted my original bulbs.
