This is what happened to the best of my recollection. Some parts may be incorrect.

So anyway, I was driving to school on Tuesday morning and was coming to a T intersection. The light turned yellow and I continued to drive into the intersection. A driver coming from the other direction made a left-hand turn in front of me and right into my path. I swerved to the right but was unable to miss the driver. Needless to say, I nailed the front-end of the truck going less than about 30 at the time of the collision. My car is totalled and most likely the truck is totalled as well. The front of the driver's side is smashed to hell, the windsheild is cracked, and both airbags deployed.

The last I heard, no one is hurt at all except for myself. I was not severely injured but I believe that I suffered a concusion due to a bump on my head and some memory loss. My hand was cut, I had minor ankle pain yesterday, and I have a nice bruise on my right side.

I'm fairly pissed off about losing the Celica but on top of that I'm going to lose about $2000 from what I could have sold the Celica for and what I'm getting from the insurance company. (I had some plans to sell the Celica before the accident.)

It does suck but **** happens I guess... I don't know.

you should convince the insurance company to give you the car back

you have some nice stuff you could sell off

the alloys, the tail lights, the side skirts and probably the moon roof could all be sold easily on here

Sorry to hear about your car, but atleast you are still alive to tell about it, and that is all that counts.

Who was at fault? Your injuries could have been a lot more serious. Keep us updated if you get a new whip.

Sorry your car is gone. We can't keep losing the silver Celi's like this. I think because of the warm weather people seem to be driving worse. I hope everything works out for you.

You do know your road rules? Any person that turns in on you in those circumstances is at fault.

Sorry to hear about your car bro frown.gif

Then buy your Celi back from the insurance for $50 and sell everything not damaged on here. You will get the $2k back don't worry. i.e. sideskirts $200 plus, Seats, Tails, rear spoiler, rear bumper, every little piece of interior (especially console), wheels, exhaust, antenna, fuel door and just about anything.

I'm just going to let my insurance handle it all. I don't really feel any effects resulting from the crash. The only thing is that I seem to be having headaches fairly often. I honestly could care less, I'd rather not deal with all the hassle. As far as buying the car back from the insurance company, I'm not too sure if that will happen. I'm just way too busy right now to do anything like that.
