Getting your handles shaved involves filling in the area where the handles are to have a smooth look. This usually involves welding a piece of metal the size of the handle hole and then using filler to smooth everything out. You have then put door poppers in to open them and us a remote to activate them.

I did a google image search for shaved handles for an example and this pic popped up. I found it to be pretty amusing biggrin.gif

LOL thats why you drive a del sol wink.gif but anyways i'm goin to shave my handles when my car goes in for paint..ect. in about a week is autoloc a good place to get it from?!?! anyone know?!?

i used to have shaved door handles on my civic the only bad thing about them is the popper freezes in the winter, well mine did and so did a friend of mine so make sure when they do it there is another way for you to get in the car in case that happens
