 Having a problem with a seller, Need your help |

A month or two ago I sent money to "Mistisokid" for a front bumper. He said it was shipped a LONG time ago and it never arrived. I asked for a shipping number, and he couldn't give me one. I called the company he used to ship it, and they said they had no record of the transaction.
Last thursday I finally saw him on AIM again. He said it came back and he would RE-SHIP it (with the ZIP code on it this time....) by that friday or saturday. He also said he would give me a shipping number BY SATURDAY for it. It has almost been a week and I have yet to even hear from him. He got on AIM the other night and I IMed him several times, and he never responded. I left him a message to PM and E-mail me about the status, and I have heard nothing. I am tired of waiting and trying to talk to this guy. If any of you see him on AIM 'mistisokid' tell him to send me the shipping number for the bumer or my money back by the end of next week. If you guys would do this for me I would VERY MUCH appreciate it. Thanks Jon |

I think you did enough to get his attention...
im sure noone will by from him unless you get your item soon. As for the AIM incident(2nd time) someone may have signed him on, or it may sign him on once the comp is turned on...may have been a parent? --------------------  |

I just called the company he said he used to ship it again, they said nothing had been shipped. He hasn't been on here since I sent him my money. I just want my money back. He can sell that front end to somebody else.
Honestly, when I have somebody's money, I make flaiming sure they know everything that's going on. He could at least PM me or Drop me an e-mail. Jon |

I sympathize with you man.
I bought something in January 2003 (that's not a typo...2003) from a seller off eBay in the US and still haven't recieved it. I managed to track down the seller (fortunately for me a ligit company), which wasn't easy (I'm in France). It turned out that half the company had been bought out and was trading under another name. Again I was fortunate. I called the old company who quite happily gave me their new details including their phone number. I have now contacted them on several occasions by phone and something is being sorted, or so I have been assured. However, until I get the parts, they get hassled (calmly and diplomatically) with phone calls from me. Lets hope both are story's have a happy ending. |

You should try what I did when I bought a nitrous kit from a guy off E-bay. Three or four months went by and I hadn't recieved it, so I made copies of the transaction, my checking account statement, e-mails, etc. I put them in an envelope and sent them to the police station close to where he lived. I got the nitrous kit within about a week. Good luck with your situation.

Sorry about your problem man, I know when I dealed with mjm4soccer2004 I talked to him every night on AIM, and Sent him updated pics almost everyday. Wink* keep that in mind if you ever want anything haha

 Rock on Akimbo!At least somebody caught him online. I havn't in the last week. My only problem is that I called the company he said he used to ship it, and they said they had no record of it. If he doesn't get in touch with me ASAP, I will become pissed off. I always keep records.

Yeah I had a similar problem with the ever so famous 1bWilson on here. I sent him $20.00 and my stock signal lights for him to clear for me and he never did them. Not only does he have $20 that I gave him to do this over 11 months ago, I don't have the signal lights either. I recommend that nobody every does business with him.

Guess what everybody, Mistisokid has blocked me on AIM. He is from northern California. is anybody on here from northern cali? I'd love to have one of you guys look up his phone number for me. If not, I wonder if I called his local police station what would happen.
