Are there shops that will restore/refinish the original paint on the car? My paint is still good, but i want to get rid of a few minor scratches and a few blemishes. I'm looking for other options besides repainting my whole car because the paint on my car is somewhat good.

You can do it yourself, get your self a random orbital buffer, claybar, and various other polishers. A weekend in the garage and your paint should be pretty schmick.
