how do you take off the front lens on the high beam lights if that's at all possible???

even better if someone could give me instructions for taking apart the headlight

After you remove the front bumper and pull out the high beam assemblies, you need to heat up the glue so that the light pieces can pull apart...one way you can do this is by boiling the entire assembly, as described here. smile.gif

if i do use an oven does anyone know what temp and how long do i put it in??

just crank the oven up...be sure you pust something between the cookie sheet and the headlight, such as a towel or something else that doesn't transfer heat (so you don't melt the plastic). also, just keep an eye on it, and try the lens every now and again. there's no real set time/temperature. smile.gif.
