i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Very nice...did they fit into the DIN-sized panel, or did you have to modify the trim panel a bit to get them to fit?

The trim piece below the din unit was slightly modified by using a dremel tool to cut three arcs for seating of the 52 mm guages. I am happy with it.

Hey that looks great! I've always wondered how gauges would look right there. Did you use a DIN panel that was specific for gauges? I've seen those before...or did you do everything from scratch? Good job regardless.

The plate around the guages is custom. I do have a DIN size plate that I bought but I didn't end up using it because it would have made the install a bit more tricky. It would look hot though because the plate has a little "stair step" affect which angles each of the guages a little toward the driver. It is for sale for what I bought it for: $30 shipped.

Wow. That is cool. I realy like that idea. Oh man i cant stand it that is so cool. I have been in such conflict with myself about gauges. Im not a big fan of adding gauges to the a pillar and dash and such. But that looks real smooth. You have no idea how much this helps me, i never even thought of putting them there.

I was wondering if you could possibly take another picture of those but if you could incorprate the rest of the dash in the picture, i would like to see how well they go with the rest of the dash board. If you cant or just dont want too thats fine but it would be cool if you did. thanks.

Thanks for the comments Sister. I will take a pic of the plate and post it. The car is getting a 3sgte right now so I can't take any pics of it until sometime next month.

Jay.
