Hey fellas,

I just ordered my SS-III splitters from Chris, and I was wanting to know what you guys thought the best looking side skirts to buy would be. And where I could get them. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money, since I still need to paint these. The best ones that I can think of are the stock ones, or z-glide from CBB. Whatcha think?

You can get the stock sides for a whole lot less money than the z-glide ones. I'd say if money is more of an issue, go with stock sides. You can find them at the junk yard, in the Buying Selling Forums, and maybe at TAPrecycling.com

Umm, are you sure you can get oem cheaper than the other styles. taprecycling.com wanted like 134 each, when you can get the z style from cbb for around 185-200 shipped to your door.

the part numbers for the stock side skirts are in the sticky post at the top, some dealers say they cant get them, some can.
I have a 94 celica so I'm sorta screwed when it comes to oem side skirts
here an email I just got from Toyotapartsworld.com
I too just orded Chrisc's front and rear bumper extentions.
I may go with the 404 sides from the erebuni kit or a good body shop could fit the toyota oem skirts on for me.

Thanks for visiting our website!!! I looked at the major sheet
metal
components for the 94 and a 96 Celica. All the parts were the same,
but.....
here is the problem. The sheet metal comes with the installation holes
already in them. There aren't any directions for installing them, or a
template to help locate the holes you need to drill. So, my opinion is
this.... I believe it will fit, but I think the installation is going
to be
difficult.

Thanks again,
Greg Whiting

stock sides will fit a 94.. and you don't need to drill those holes all along the side, aftermarket sides don't have them.

and Mike, go with the stock sides. the height is a perfect match for the SS-III splitters smile.gif

Wow thanks for all the replys. I'm so pumped to be getting these splitters, it's not funny. gh0st_d0g, thanks for letting me know that they're a perfect match. Too bad my ST didn't come with stock sides. You would think that a limited edition would...bahaha!
