I'm paying off the Celica ASAP, then i'm going to take whatever I get for it and add that to what i've got saved, combine that with another car loan, and bam.

You've just been reading SCC havent you!? They have an S2000in there with Vortec SC with 300hp at the wheels.(299 actually, I just like 300 better, after all, it's a honda, why not overestimate?)
Anyway, I love the S2000, and If I wasn't red headed (we fear the sun) i'd get a 2000 one day. Oh well, looks like I'm stuck with the RSX Type R when it come out in a few years... |

niiiiice, I've always liked the s2000's. Your celica is still one of the sweetest on here though, surprised to see you sell. You want a faster car or somethin? And you can't really fit subs in a s2000 either can you?

Sad to see that you're selling the Celi, but glad to see that you're getting an amazing car. I've always loved S2000s.
And I think your rims will fit your S2000 if they're 100 and 114.3 mm(ten holes instead of five). The S2000's wheel pattern is 5x114.3 with anywhere from a +38mm to a +45mm offset, -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Sounds like you haven't thought ahead too well, s2000's are nice cars but are really not meant to be daily drivers, you can barely hold anything in them, cold weather will murder the rag top (hopefully you have a garage though with room to put it in) and if you are barely affording it and its a 2001 would if something needs to be replaced, those arn't cheap cars to work on.

Not to jinx you or anything, but i have a feeling that when winter hits your gonna make a trip back to this board to tell us all about your experience with your s2000 and a telephone poll.

Yes I have a garage to store it in. No i'm not barely affording it (only if I was keeping the Celica). No I wont return to these Forums to live and tell about the Telephone Type-S2000, i'll return to the S2000 forums .. j/k

did they fix all the problems they were having with the top and back window?
i like that car but they are very expensive for hondas, just like the preludes used to be(2003 civic si is only $19,000). but atleast this car is rwd how much are you getting it for? if your uncle owns the dealer then you should get it for cost plus like $500. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
