3sgte wiring problems, 3sgte wiring problems Options

Well the motor 3sgte showed up today. Start looking at the wiring, of course, we bought one with an uncut harness. This thing shows up with the harness being trashed, the front cover has a nice 3 inch long hole in it. The catalytic converter was melted on the inside. Well off we go to town. First thing is, looking at wiring schematics, going to have to use whats left of the 3sgte harness and splice in some of the 5sfe. Does anyone have some detailed instructions on how to wire the ecu. After looking at schematics from all data, and mitchell's it looks like the two are wired completley different. We are going to need some serious help with this thing to ever make it run. We know a few of you guys have done the swap and it has worked great for you guys. Problems we forsee right now are things like the cruise, and a few other little deals. We are swapping a 2nd gen motor into a 94 GT 5spd car.
