sounds normal to me.

im not sure what the recomended oil pressure for a 5sfe is, but on my 3sgte i get around 50 at cold start up. then when it warms up, it idles around 10-12.5psi and on the expressway, stays around 50psi. according to the toyota BGB, this is all within spec.

there are a lot of factors that are involved in oil pressure. synthetic oil will read lower pressure, so will hot weather, then there is the oil weight and brand that you are using.

the wining noise, sounds like a loose/old belt to me.
