Caps= no friendly.

A clip is 1/2 a car.
There is, or was a C1 group buy in buying & celling, also Phat99 is selling his custom vented hood.

My engine had 185,000 on it running strong when I took it out.

If you want to take a look at the C-One hood go to
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=12725

If you want in all you have to do is send $190 to VIS. Address is on the page. And then when they are complete you pay the rest before they ship it to you. Go check it out... you will be one of less than 20 in america with this hood if you decide to buy it. Just something to think about biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif (dont mind my shameless attempts to get more people in on this)

PS. This is a clip

Just curious, are the clips you guys get sold to be stripped of the engine parts etc or are they used for a "cut and shut" (two car halves joined together).
The latter isn't seen as safe or ethical over here...

clip is gutted from its internals, the 1/2 frame is then scrapped. though i have seen chop jobs done, one in particular was on a vette, and it turned out better than most showroom C5 vettes.
