Anyone have any non-expensive suggestions for cranking some extra power out of my ST for under (Or around) 1500?
I was thinking intake/injector/exhaust upgrades. I havent been able to find any kind of supercharger kits for the ST outside of the crap they have on eBay (damn you eBay!) I'd be doing work myself as I am in engine rebuild at the moment so anyting pertaining to that would rock. Thanks for any suggestions anyone can offer or any helpful guidance! read the bible my son J/k check out the 7afte Bible at just 5.5 psi i got really good gains 132 whp 164 torque at the wheels thats enough to spin my heavy 18X8 rims or a head swap with a 4age or if you still want that supercharger 4agze head swap i have links to some info on the 7age or 7agze and 7agte hybrid engines but for easy quick power i would just turbo for now if you want to stay N/A just follow EDO's build it should have some good gains since your in a engine rebuild class this should be right up your lane.

no, no, and no. The only cam set up is a re-grind by web cams or EL portotypes. I think there is a cam 'gear' made for the 7a. As far as valves and such, just get a 3 angle valve job and be doen with it. |

i've seen built 7A's over on club4ag.net (i believe that's the correct site) and the numbers are COMPLETELY disappointing.
you will not be happy with a fully built 7/a. the only way you'll ever get any amount of power of it, is through forced induction. that being said, SOME pieces are interchangeable on the 4age/7afe. you'll have to search more in this section of the forums to find out what is usable and what isn't |

So how much do you guys think a 4agze swap would run entirely?
Would there be a lot of sensor replacement and recalibrating on the BCM's behalf? Are there any factors im missing in this alternative? Sorry for all the questions and inability to search through other previous posts, but I am short on time and cannot do so. Thanks all! -------------------- Fred
