Then 2nd valve cover of 4 keeps popping up every so often which results in a low idle'ing and a choppy ride if below 2k rpm. So I messed around with it and for some reason its much looser than the other three covers, does anyone know how to remedy this? Gets annoying to have to push it back down every so often. Thanks for the comments.

what do you mean by valve cover? like the spark plug wire keeps popping up? how do you notice if it's in the engine bay?

yeah, well, my car was running crappy a few weeks ago, so I popped my hood and saw it popped up half way and i pushed it down and it was running good again but now it frequently pops up and is looser than the other ones.

try to crimp down the end of the plug wire. If it keeps hapening, just get new wires, it's a good thing to do, you know....

Thanks for the advice, I have been "crimping" it. It stays down for a few days but slowly makes its way up, I guess I need a new wire. rolleyes.gif

Unless I'm mistaken, TRD makes wires for the 7A and the 5S

TRD wires are hella expensive. If your gonna get new wires you might as well get some that will help you out with voltage and stuff. Check the parts database.
