Well i'm looking to purchase a keyless entry system for my 95. What are some good choices? I don't need an alarm (wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it's necessary). So what are some cheap options that WORK? Anyone?

I went with a crimestopper 865RKE. about $40 on ebay and if you have wiring skills, it is easy to install. I did mine about 6 months ago and I have had no problems with it.

I had Crimestopper's 845RKE on my '94 for a while. Then I got a real alarm and now it's on my fourth gen. It still works great though. smile.gif

I got officailly the cheapest alarm u can find on ebay, i did reasearch and with the help of coomers wiring right up( the one with everything from alarm to power windows) I completed installing power doors(actuators) an alarm and keyless entry in about 3.5 hours and it works great. It came with a dual stage shock sensor that works great better than my friends bestbuy alarm so it proves that its all in the install.

I got a Viper alarm installed for 180. It has keyless.

If you don't care about the alarm, I'm sure you can get an infrared or radio receiver and remote for cheaper than an ebay alarm. Then you just have it pulse to the lock actuators which I'm sure the GT has...

I got the Valet keyless entry unit from DEI. Works great every time, and it wasnt expensive either. It came with a starter disabler and it also has extra channels for your trunk, or whatever else you want.
