It's the 2002 Impreza WRX kit. But you can buy the flange to weld it to your pipe. I bought it to weld that to my intercooler like the Impreza's have it but now I changed my plans. It's brand new. I paid $179 plus $39 for the kit from WRXspeed.com for it but I'm not sure how much to ask for it...I know I'll loose money even though it's new but whatever. It looks like this:
