Yea that ecu thing is junk.

A header will increase HP like 2 or 3 hp if that. Just try heating your O2 sensor up with a torch and taking it out that way.

Nope, you don't really get that much HP from an exhaust and header.

the only real way an exhaust can make a diff. is if your going turbo or supercharged and u need to get the pressure outta there.

woo wooo don't listen to them.....EXHAUST makes a NOTICABLE difference on an NA car not as much as a turbo dur but it does get one its a good thing to have just not 5" tip lol WAAAY too big find a nice 3-3.5" tip thats a muffler at least 20" long

tip size doesn't really affect anything. What's important in a performance muffler is a straight-flow design and the inlet size. The overall length of the canister determines sound, pitch, volume, etc. It does make a small difference in an N/A car... but it's minimal.

I have a 5" tip, it makes no diff performance wise (obviously) but does give a nice deep tone (little rice but not bad, I like it) I dont know the kinda gains you would get from our cars but headers in general can give huge gains, all depends on everything else, a nice header and stock cat cov. and back will not get you much, but if you have to replace the header I would go for it, if you plan on fixing it up anyway.

I had that same problem when I did my exhaust on my civic, the 02 sen. did nto budge, the only thing i could get to work was to clamp it down in the vice and give it he77 for a wile, it broke loose and came off.
