Thank God the rear end is 95% done. All thats left is some blocking and minor pinhole fill work. But im going to leave it as is until im ready to repaint. 2 burn't out on it.

To get it to fit, I had to lengthen the sides about 2 inches. The part of the bumper underneath the lights did not match up straight with the lights. I cut about 10 slits on each side under the lights, and individually warped them in with a heat gun to match the lights. When the final shape was found, I fiberglassed it to hold the shape and cover the slits from behind with fiberglass. Then rage filler was applied and I sanded for days. The bumper was then molded in to the body to give it the 1 piece look. Wlie I was at it, i fixed a dent in the body and a dent in the fender when I hit that chucapbra. Alot of work, but I think Im the only one in the us with this rear bumper.

Looks good. You did a real good job for making the hatch bumper fit your coupe, it's not fun is it. wink.gif
