just make sure u got the stock spoiler that doesnt have 3 holes and is only bolted down on the sides - does that make sense?

I think she is trying to say make sure you have a 2 post spoiler (pre 96) as opposed to a 3 posted spoiler (96 and up)

You can buy a two post spoiler and get the hole in your hatch filled.

You do have a hatchback, right? The spoiler posts only fit on hatchbacks. wink.gif

pity you don't live closer I want to ditch my spoiler (I like em wingless) but i would have to get it filled and painted first...

Also no prob nat but did I get the years right on the spoiler? I know the front bumber changed in those years but wasn't sure if the spoiler did too.

I'm also trying to find the posts, I tried toyotaworld.com and sent them a full page of explaining exactly what I needed. They had no clue what I was talking about and some dumb fool sent a letter back saying that what I needed wasn't called raisers or posts but protectors..?....He thought I was refering to the rubber gasket in between the car and spoiler. Anyone that has taken off their spoiler knows what I'm refering too. And those jokers at toyotaworld don't have a clue, I've been in search of these blocks for a while. Any help would be greatly appriecated.

You have to ask for "Jeff" at Toyota world. He is the JDM expert. The rest of them...bleh.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Isnt it nicer to fill up the line between the spoiler and spoiler blocks. So it looks like its 1 big part.
Or does it crack under the tension from driven at high speeds?
