Mansfield Park, any info..? :) Options

Well, I have a huge paper due in a couple of weeks on the theme of this book. Yep, and knowing me I haven't exactly read it. Well, I read it two years ago and watched the movie last year.. but I don't exactly remember every detail. If anyone has read this book and could care to help me.. it'd be nice. <3.

4 score and ten years ago a man move to Mansfield park. It was not an ordinary man. He came from a very distant land. Some say from another planet. I think the guy was just smoking crack personally. At the time the Mansfield murders were commited near the lake. If you go there to this day some say you can hear the kids screaming at 3:00 in the morning. Gotta get back to work, but ill try and write more later. <3 someone continue the story pleeeez

I remember seenign the movie. The main character is from a poor family and lives with rich aunt and uncle. The sisters are mean and just want to get married. She falls in love with one of the brothers. Some other peopel come and the sisters firt with the one guy. The brother the main girl likes wants to marry this other girl becuase he thinks that the main girl is going to marry the other brother or something. So she goes back to live with her poor parents. But then moves back with her younger sister who likes to paint. Well, everything works out at the end and the good people get married and the bad people are either cast out or get married to rich but stupid boring people. Its basically true love versus gold diggers.

Well, I know the theme of the book revolves around social class, and the challenges it brings. In this case Fanny's (main character) world against the world around her.
