do they have these what are they under. and i need one for the turbo. dont they make one for the turbo?? let me know again i am new at it and also i will post the pics of my girfriends 5th gen with the 3sgte in it asap. by the way this is for a 5th gen.

Yeah the temp of the air before the hot turbo isnt going to matter much. If you want power upgrade her intercooler. TMIC sucks balls

The cold air intakes do good. They alow the turbo to suck in colder air before it goes to the intercooler. The cooler it is in the first place, the easier it is to cool farther. It would be worth it to make your own, in my opinion.

As soon as it would hit the turbo, it would heat up, then go through the intercooler to cool down.
If it made a significant difference, don't you think turbo cars would have it, period? -------------------- If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.

It will make a marginal difference to a turbo. A couple of degrees cooler before the compresser is less energy that the charge cooler has to remove after compression.
Suspect you'd be better off spending the money making the chargecooler more efficient. -------------------- JDM ST205
