Ok, everyone I have been thinking on this for a while. I kinda want a supra because of the better aftermarket support.

Bad thing is that I already have all the parts and whatnot for the awd conversion and 3s-gte swap. I can probably sell the stuff so tell me what you think.

Please no questions like what year of supra what mods does it have blah blah blah. I think you all know what gen i am talking about. If not, MKIV.

AWD 3sGTE because us celica owners need some inspiration!!!
Make sure you get the varis gt-4 kit !! shooot, you will have the best looking celica in the us with speed to back it up. O yeah and get a roof spoiler =)))

Supra would be easier and prolly cheaper to maintain if you plan on going all out gt-4 conversion on your celi. Your prolly better off w/ a Supra, parts will always be available in U.S. for em, and you won't have to pay crazy shipping that you would w/ gt4 parts.

BTW: if i was unclear -im voting for doing the 6th gen, not the supra.
Supra = not original, just rarer?

Supra that is already souped up

Where is the fun in that? unless your just a car enthusiast. Half the fun with cars is building them the way you want it. This is just my opinion. wink.gif

I said Supra. I see it as a step up from the celica. If I could trade in my car for one right now, I'd do it. Let's be honest. It's the Toyota super car. People say they see two or three 6th gens every now and then. I havn't seen a newer supra in a year or two.

I live in Los Angeles and I see a supra almost every day, atleast 2 a week. In all my time here I have seen 6th gens almost the same, almost less, and only about 2 or 3 fixed up 6th gens. But like said before the supra is the toyota super car, and is respected no matter what...

Celica is more original... and pretty powerful with the engine swap.

Supra is easier upgraded, but you said its already there. (plus the only really cool supra is the Twin Turbo)

I guess I dont know what the hell to pick, (i'm babbling now...)

Go with what feels right, but I guess I would pick the Celica!

its a one of a kind u cant buy it as a kit...it was made by ab-flug its not a kit though it was a rework of the car....if u got 165,000 u can buy it

i think this was the best kit made for the supra

http://www.suprastore.com/abflugs9widb.html

but since they dont make it nemore and i dont think i would have 14,000 for a body kit
