So my antenna is broken, it doesnt go up or down but the motor still tries to make it move. How do I unplug the antenna motor so it stops making noise?

You can always cut the atenna wire @ your head unit. Its the blue wire which is in the same connector as the Power and ground cable for your head unit.

Bojangles,

You don't have to cut anything, all you have to do is disconnect the wire.

Yeah I disconnected the blue/white wire and the motor still works. I am thinking that the blue.white wire is just for bringing the sound to the headunit and isnt the power wire for the antenna?

I just reconnected that wire today Because i had a long drive and wanted to listen to the radio. Iam certain its a full Blue wire in the same connector part as the Black Yellow Red wire piece. The other connector is for your speakers (has a total of 8 wires)

Thanks for the info I will try that out after I get off of work. As for the power antenna, I just bought a s2000 antenna off of ebay yesterday frown.gif I would've taken yours off your hands but now I have one coming in the mail. I got the s2000 antenna because I am getting Sirius Satellite Radio soon (my JVC headunit has Sirius controls built into it) and I'm not too concerned about the reception of the regular radio.
