here's the minimum list:
turbo
manifold
oil lines
bigger injectors
FMU or AFC
fuel pump
blow off valve
IC (optional: needed for more than 5 psi)
piping
custom downpipe
intake filter
turbo flange
a/f gauge (not needed if you got an AFC)
boost gauge
egt gauge
gauge pod
check valve

optional:
external wastegate
boost controller
turbo timer
more gauges
ignition timing controller
any other goodies you want

you'll also need stuff like oil, gaskets or gasket maker, hoses, etc. i spent about 3500 so far, i definitely went the most $$ route you could go, i bought everything new, and added a lot of optional stuff.

prices depend on what you get, labor depends on where you go. if you have any questions about the install, post em. you really should read up and do some research yourself. turboing is tricky, and it's better if you understand exactly what's going on with your car. i've spent close to 3500 on my 7afte, but you can get it done probably for 2000 if you buy used stuff and really shop.

well just having a 6th gen celica with a 3s-gte is a sleeper in itself.. i mean taking a 2400 135 hp car to a 2600 200-255hp car. thats quite a difference...

the reason i made the weight go up is because the 5s-fe is aluminum and the 3s-gte is cast iron. and it weighs more.
