So I'm going to lower my car for the AZ meet but I came down to these 2 choices if possible please post experiences and pics of your car riding on these springs. I'm looking for a decent ride but a lower stance. as long as handling doesnt get worse I'm ok with it. this is just a temp setup until I get a real suspension. also keep an eye out for my WTB/FS thread in the next couple days ill have a list. thanks

I have Sportlines. I love the look of them, the ride quality isnt that great, but I also need an allignment. With any lowering the car is going to feel different. She does handle much better though.
Most people would said go with Tein. I've never driven a 6gc with Tein springs so idk? -------------------- Buy my Celica $2,500 - http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=76562&st=0

i have sporlines. i really loved them when i 1st got them, but over time, the car really settles and starts to sit lower then i like. the ride quality also isint that great, but a lot of that also has to do with having really thin tires on 17s. tein seems to be just like the sporlines in terms of looks and ride quality.

i have tein s-techs.. the height is perfect for what i wanted..The eibachs offer more of a drop (i believe).. so i think if it is your daily driver then you might want something a little heigher and therefore probably with a more smooth ride.. but a lower car on some nice wheels does look sweet
i think i also noticed that the tein were cheaper in cost compared to the eibach's.. the ride isn't bad not bumpy or stiff.. i do need new shocks though.. so no matter which of the two you choose.. change your shocks & struts.. So the real questions are.. how low do you want to go?.. how much do you want to spend.. and are you going more for looks or ride quality -Chris Post Edited* IMO anything is better than stock!!! I think im gonna go with those cause i found some for 150$ shipped to my door and i like the ride height specs better than the 1.5 all around sportlines. i wont have these for too long anyways so shocks and struts im not gonna worry about. keep the review goin guys! thanks! -D -------------------- 94' ST Coupe - 5sfe Motor swap and brake swap.
