ive decided to step back from xbox's, playstations and in car pc's and go a step back in time, 10 years back to be exact. ive managed to source a lead that will enable me to plug my old sega mega drive (genesis) into my cars dvd screen......

Sweet. I've never really considered a Genesis before. Hmm... I wonder if I'd be the first person to put a Turbo Grafx 16 in their car? Some Slaughter House would be awesome in the Celi.

Putting some ancient technology in your car is the not the latest thing, nor is it "KOOL". frown.gif If you like old graphics and slow A** gameplay then by all means go for it! Heck while your at it just put up an an gameboy system in it. It probbaly beats the genesis.

The reason why I put a PS2 in my car is because it's small (slimline),
and has alot more functions than the older game consoles.
I can play DVD movies, music videos, and games.
I guess if you wanted to play those old school games they always make
those games available on CD/DVD. You normally get like 100 games on one disc.

i also have an xbox that goes in the car too, just thought id like a change from modern technology. i also have a cd changer, separate head unit, flip out screen that has dvd, cd, tv and mp3 capabilities, so really ive got all bases covered. old skool needs to be reintroduced to the masses.

cos that defeats the point of having the mega drive in the car in the first place. besides, how the hell do you transfer cartridge games onto a cd????? dont wanna buy em all over again.

You can download it or you can buy a disc with like hundreds of those old games.
My friend has done the same thing.
