It would be the same idea with moving anything. Its just not economical to fly when there is already a huge infrastructure set up to drive it. This is why when you move, deliver shipments cross country, or most everything heavy, they do it by truck

dismantle your car, part by part, bolt by bolt, and send it thru the trusty United States Postal Service.

The thought of Cliff Claven handling pieces of my car somehow leaves a bad taste in my mouth. kindasad.gif

There are companies that will ship cars and motorcycles. It will take a few days and the price is actually more than just driving the car to your destination. I looked into shipping my motorcycle back home to Kentucky from Washington and they wanted like $500 round trip. It was going to take a week each way too. No idea what a car would cost to ship but I bet it's way more.

Well not to long ago I was planing on shipping the car from New York ~ San Francisco.
Which the car was Nissan 350z which isen't bigger or smaller then a Celica
Fed Ex wanted like $2000 + (One Way)
Reg. Company wanted $1200 + (One Way)
So think of how much air ride for your car would be biggrin.gif
