Yeah, so my power windows (on BOTH door switches) and moonroof don't wanna work. I checked EVERY fuse I could find and they all seem to be in tact. My power mirror switch and the power locks work just fine though. I even tried to manually activate the windows on the circuit board using jumpers and I could get the locks to lock and unlock but the wouldnt budge. I don't know what else to do. frown.gif

I did that once, started flipping out because I couldnt figure out why my passenger side window wasnt going to down. I had already taken the door apart before I found the lil button pushed, boy the embarrassment.

LOL, Trouble Shooting 101... try the easiest things first.

Double check the "30A Power" fuse and the "Power Main Relay."

Make sure there is power coming from the White/Green wire going into the "Power Window Master Switch."

Also check the White/Black wire coming out of the "Power Window Master Switch." It should be grounded.

I doubt that it's the motors since they both stopped working at the same time.

i see the 30a power and the power main relay on the diagram but where are they in the car??

ok i found out what's wrong. The power window switch is not getting a positive feed. But the DOOR LOCKS are. Is this because of a fuse?

The fuse is in the interior fuse box.

I think the relay is behind the driver side kick panel.

when I installed the engine start button I had to wire up a switch using the wire from the ignition harness:
White = 12v constant
Black/Orange = Ignition Wire
Grey = Acc
Black/White = Starter

I tapped the Acc and Ignition wires together (so I didn't have to setup 2 switches) and wired the other end to a switch. Ran the 12v constant to the switch as well so when the switch is flipped it's just as if you had your key in the on position. Also, there's a blue and red wire on the ignition harness as well and THAT is the wire that controls the windows, moonroof and wipers! So I tapped that into the ignition and acc wires so that when I flip the switch, all those wires connect with the 12v constant. TA DA!!

This message is about 5 years old but it was the only place on the internet that had this answer - I had a similar problem. I installed a power antenna and when I clipped the connector I disconnected the 12v wire from the power windows wire. Wrapped them together and voila - fixed.
