after fixing some wiring on my fogs, i reconnected the battery terminals and these lights will not turn off? ive check all the fuses and everything and cant figure it out. i also have an alarm so i dont know if that has anything to do with it. please help me asap. thanks.

Is it wired to an imdependent switch or to your parking lights?

the fogs are independent, i just used the piaa wiring harness.

did u hook it up to a switch? or did u hook the lights directly to the battery?

yes its hooked to a switch, the harness connects a wire to each terminal and then another positive to power the switch. also its not just the sidemarkers and turn signals, its also the tail lights. when i turn the headlight switch i can see that the alreadly lit bulbs get alittle brighter. any input will help.

for now just disconnect the wires you ran to the battery in order to prevent draining it.

Draw up a diagram of how you wired it and post it up here. If you dont know how to post a picture... you can email it to me @ markbarbagallo@gmail.com and I will post it up for you.

just figured out the fogs have nothing to do with it. i must have a short somewhere because i took out the 15A TAIL fuse and the lights turned off. i was looking at the wiring diagram in my repair manual and am wondering if there might be something wrong with the relay.
