Lets be serious, I need a car that will last and not require any wheel bearing fixing, engine work or major work on it for the next few years. I need something that is quite, automatic....perhaps, roomy, gas saver and def brand new looking. I was thinking of a Scion XB. Its weird looking, 4 door, 30 MPG, roomy and baiscally fits the "I'm looking for expectation".

Yes, slap me cause it looks like a box, but I find it werid tasting for my suites.

You can get like a 02 rolla for way less than 16,000 and it will be just as reliable as any of the other cars on the list brand new. I think they get serious gas mileage like 30cty 40hwy too.

A used 7th gen celica GT would be less than 16,000 and would get 30+ also.

I voted Corolla, but what you really need is a Geo Prizum. Same car, but a fair amount cheaper. If I were to get a car just as a daily driver that needed to be reliable, cheap, and good on gas, this would be it. Insurance would be low as well compared to the Scions I imagen.

What kind of rolla have you been driving? 40 MPG? My mom has an '02 and gets 28 with good driving.

Side note: the DX is not the lowest civic model, the HX is not a huge diff though, my sis has one.

I picked the DX though, just because there very reliable, not bad cars, and parts for em are cheap, and there easy to work on.

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

oh and by the way... the honda civic 95-99 ex model, the gen's for civics are actually 92-95, and 96-00...

just a side note smile.gif

i voted for the 95-99 civic cause they look the best (the 96-99 anyway) out of all gen's of civics, and they're super reliable and amazing on gas.
