i am still having alot of problems intalling my boomer side skirts......i herd you can use a heat gun to help bend the fiberglass........well i dont actually have one and i dont know where to get one, so i read some where that you can use your hair dryer......so i tried it and it didnt seem to work......do i have to wait longer for the fiberglass to get soft or does the hair dryer thing just not work?......also how long does a heat gun take on average? thanks for ur help

Sorry to hear you are having problems. A heatgun will get hotter than a hair dryer.
These wouldn't be VIS skirts by chance would they? -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |
