Ok first I need to know has ANYONE done it? And what clutch, flywheel, axle, ect issues am I going to face? Need some answers sorta fast ish.

Umm... no. Not without a custom bellhousing...
After that... custom clutch disc matched input shaft. Possibly custom pressure plate depending the bellhousing. Might need custom axles depending on the bellhousing and how the tranny mounts (in the A series, the engines are pretty much straight up and down while the S series mount at an angle... can affect the axles).
