Im looking for rims for me car soon. Can u guys post some picture of rims of ur preferences for me.
Ive seen some nice ones but i cant decide. i was thinkin about the solara rims. any opinion??

Depends on your budget.
I would stay away from chromies. i have rs5's. i think 5-spoke wheels complement the celica very well. and in my opinion, the rs-5's are one of the cleanest designed 5-spokes ive seen. heres a close up. there also a decently lightweight wheel for the money.
 on harv3ster's car  tim86  --------------------  I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |

I have the Rays g-games Wolf's in gold. Sexy is all I have to say... However a lot of people don't reallt like gold wheels on a black car... I don't know why.

I think my favorite is the HP Design Wheels Evo (New Lightning) or HPR5. I'm going to try to get a set of HPR5's and have them powdercoated black (save for the lip) because the production black wheels don't come in the celica bolt pattern.
 Evo above. Also available in silver or black.  HRP5 also is available in silver and gunmetal and "Hyperdark". --------------------  |

Man i love the 5 spoke look. Especially on like 18s or so. You cant go wrong with a nice set of 5 or 6 spokes. Mystify those rims are perfect. I think those are the ones ima get.

16's in my opinion look the best on the 6g, im not a fan of very low profile tires because of looks and drive comfort. this is a pick of 16's with 205-50's. if you get 16's go with 225-45 or 225-50's though.
  ya i also looked at oz hydras, nice looking wheel, but a bit pricier. robby's car   also dont overlook 7th gen gts wheels. similar to rs-5, and look great on 6gens. -------------------- I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. Well my rims and my tires both together would run ya about $1500 But i didn't get a rim and tire package. I bought the rims, and got brand name KELLY tires. But since my dad works and Jensen Tire i got the rims and tires for $900. And ive been happy with them since i got them.

i'm a firm believer that celicas NEED 5 spoke wheels...
so whatever you get, my suggestion is that it be 5 spoke. these are mine: 18" Ro_ja's in gunmetal with polished lip

i went with focals... bought them cheap from a guy... but i love how they turned out... I think if i add the fenders with slits it will look even better.. :-)
