i was reading RTC'S sticky about being weary of buying a body kit due to "molds of molds" i am interested in buying an invader rear bumper. what do you guys know about this site? is it reputable? any comments would be greatly appreciated.

This is not responsive to your question but you may want to rethink getting the vader rear bumper. Many people, including myself, are not fans of that piece. If you like it, go for it but I thought I would post this information in case you didn't know the general consensus on that bumper.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

i dont really like the bumper either. but if you guys could see where the dent is located on my rear bumper you would understand. that bumper goes all the way to the wheelwell and it would cover my dent. i will try to post pics to show u guys what i mean...

Are you getting it to cover some body damage? If so, you could probably get it repaired for the same or less cost - depending on the damage.

yeah, im trying to cover a dent thats right where the rear bumper meets the metal both are pushed in a bit. i have a friend that took a class in body work at the community college, were going to pull the dent out but i still need to buy another rear bumper figured i might as well get the invader rear to cover any imperfections and buy the lip and skirts later. i cant get the pics to post on here from my email can someone help me out?

cyberbestbuy.com is a pretty good company. i've also gotten my kit from 'em (invader front and sides, type z rear) and everything fit just fine when i installed it. also, there was a thread way long ago discussing how the cyberbestbuy kits are actually made by ViS. but i forgot how that thread went. all i know is when i got the kit the box had ViS logo all over it...lol

cyberbest buy is a good company to go thru for body kits. so i say go for it. but it might look kinda whack with only the invader rear bumper and stock front bumper and no side skirts...

youre right, im planning on getting a front lip (dont know which one would be good yet) and skirts. i just want to do the rear bumper first because im going to be painting my car soon and i know i can get the skirts and front lip for cheap here anytime. i want to paint the lip black (to match the top)so its not a big rush for me.
