First things first, I ADMIRE YOU ALL !!!!

I've been browsing through the member's ride forums and various other topics and I just cannot beleive how clean most of your 6th gen celica look like! You guys make me proud to be a celica owner! Rice meter to a sub zero level, you guys are awesome. tongue.gif

Back on topic wink.gif

I've been the owner of a 5th gen for the last 4 years and despite the lack of power (thus quite enough for everyday) there is nothing to say a bad thing about it. But all good things come to an end...does it?
some pictures of my baby : http://www.pyxismedia.com/celica/photoshoot05/

I've always liked the 6th gen look over the 5th gen and this summer I'm really considering getting a nice 97-99, and doing a st205 "visual" conversion..the look is just MEAN.

I'm not quite sure what's the point of my post...but maybe you guys can understand me...I'm having a HARD time deciding to sell my 5th gen..I spent litteraly thousands in maintanence and repair to keep her in top notch condition and the thought of letting her go for 3-4K is very sad...What would you guys do? I was thinking of swaping a 3sgte into her and keeping it as my "hot rod", while using the 6th gen as a daily driver.

Anyway, alot or mad props to all of you and your clean cars!

Hope to hear some of your suggestion and hellos biggrin.gif .

wow very clean 5th gen...and it even has the all-trac front bumper. sweet smile.gif well staying with ur 5th gen or getting a 6th is totally up to you bro. you obviously have done much to your current celica and it would be a shame to let her go. but if you like the 6th gen look better maybe u can sell your 5th for higher price so that you dont lose too much on it. personally i'd keep the 5th and still buy a 6th! biggrin.gif

Very nice and clean 5th. gen, you can tell yo uhave really kept that baby up...and for that reason, i'd keep it, and build it up to be a hp beast! biggrin.gif But moreover, do what you really want too biggrin.gif ...even if that means getting a 6th. gen and selling your 5th...our 6th. gens do have some of the hottest body styling everrrrrrr! biggrin.gif

That's a very nice 5th gen. I like it better than a good bit of the 6th gens I see. I'd like to have a nice 5th or 7th gen, or 1st gen, or second, or 4th gen all track. Maybe not in that order though. 4th gen is last. I think with a 5th gen you wouldn't have to worry about it being pretty and you could just make it fast. And I wouldn't feel bad putting a 2nd gen 3sgte in it. They seem smaller, but I know they aren't. I'd like a little smaller car. That's why the 1st/2nd, and 7th are at the tops of my list. I would just keep that 5th gen though. It's very nice. I love them pop up headlights.
