I was wondering if you cold add a blow off valve without going all crazy with engine upgrades

a blow-off valve is used on turbo set-ups. so i would say no. well, i guess u could but u wouldnt get that sound, and if you did add a BOV without a turbo wouldnt u feel like a honda driver?
