after discussion i'm ripping this off and trashing it and starting over
althought i learned alot from that little bit on wat i need to do and i've been provided with hours of reading material i should have a product by this weekend though

there is dust in my resin and carbon, i have a wave near the edge and i'm goin with a different way of laying it...just things you learn by practice kindasad.gif unfortunatly its expensive practice lol

and learning from those more experienced then you helps smile.gif

Use lots of resin, sand it flat, finish off with 600 grit and finer then clear coat it. Good work Dan!

well soon as i got home i ripped it off...

the 2nd prototype is curing right now....one more layer maybe 2 and i should be ready to start sanding

yeah you should have trimmed that extra frayed stuff on the edge, kinda like fiberglass i assume
