ya so today I threw some stuff together on my intercooler to feel boost. around 4psi pulls nicely NO map mods yet ..small bolt hole in compressor housing for something maybe some leaks some other places but doubt it. got my upstream o2 put in today ecu was throwing a code 25 in the morning.

......And ya as you can see i do hang around HMT.

my 7mge injectors i had to put some resisters in-line to make them high.

i would have to agree

your turbo is flush with rad when your motor move you might put a hole in the rad
you can get a single fan to push air and put it on the front side of the rad
you need to heat rap or protect your rad and alt from the heat of the dp and turbo
thats just a start im not trying to be mean im just trying to help

you seriously need to do somthing with the piping and those lowes couplers..
all that stuff your doing is all leading up to one thing.
a blown motor.
like nik said, not trying to be mean, just trying to help.

Nicely done smile.gif (HMT style, that is smile.gif )

You're going to want to run the PCV and breather lines out to the intake before the turbo, you don't want it going to the manifold anymore like that.

hey Doc your right you think i can just put one of those breather filters on it...why do i need it to go before the turbo? i know I'm pressurizing the engine. when i put my injectors in i saw oil build up in the intake mani. the PCV valve is new but the theres still some back wards flow.

hey, why is the pipe to the TB smaller than the rest? doesnt that sort of kill the point of having large pipe? (altho the crushbends sort of do that already)

Its a 95 ...its smaller because the dsm bov came with the original pipe witch is like 1 1/2" or 1" i didn't feel like cutting the flange off . I might get another bov soon. but the dsm one works great. though its opening really early its ok. i don't want to crush it. its fine for 4 psi.

you really need to match the piping to the TB to be atleast its diameter. otherwise you have a hurricane force wind blowing through a small hole in the wall.

also when you're not in boost thats going to really hurt the engines power since its sucking through that tiny straw.
